ACCOUNTS CLERK
REQUIREMENTS:-
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Higher
Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting field
Knowledge of Mr Accounting software and GST
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
(e.g disbursements,expense vouchers, receipts, account payable)
Data entry into computer system and software
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
Reconciles records with external vendors or customers
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
