Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
5 years working experience in similar role.

Responsibility
•Responsible for the overall accounting function that includes preparation of financial statements, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, cash flow and management accounts.
•Manage & lead the accounting & finance team to ensure the day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
•Able to review and interpret on balance sheet and monthly financial statement
•Analyses and interprets financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget, income and expenditure analysis, etc.
•Ensure monthly financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with statutory requirements and relevant Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
•Implement adequate and effective internal control, financial procedures and processes to enhance compliance and improve quality and timeliness of account closing reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
•Participate in projects and working group forums in supporting company’s business initiatives.
•Prepare and review corporate income tax and GST returns
•Corporate KPIs reporting and monitoring
•Provide coaching and mentoring for subordinates
•Attend to any ad-hoc tasks / analysis requested by the management from time to time.
