In line with our business development expansion, we are inviting suitably qualified Malaysian for the following appointments:
We are seeking suitable candidates to join us for the position of Human Resource Executive

HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Job requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Administration/ Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Have strong personality, sense of responsibility, committed to work, hardworking, trustworthy and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Job Descriptions:
1) Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications.
2) Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates.
3) Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
4) Undertaking regular salary reviews, incentive, bonus, etc.
5) To handle and employees' EPF, SOCSO and income tax.
6) Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
7) Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
