SINO LAND GROUP are an established and fast growing group of companies in Kota Kinabalu. We seek ambitiopus and dynamic professional and dedicated workforce to join our team in Keningau, Beaufort, Kota Kinabalu, Tawau and Lahad Datu for the following positions :

1. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL)
   - A certificate in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution or a     good grade in SPM / SPMV
   - Applicants with AO Chargeman Certificate would have added advantage
   - At least 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance together with installation    of industrial electrical equipment
   - Preferable with experience on a Computerized Planned Preventive Maintenance         Programme
   - Possess a valid driving license
   - Applicants must be willing to work in interior of Sabah
   
2. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)
   - A certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or           equivalent
   - At least 3 years relevant working experience
   - Ability to read and understand repair manuals and drawings
   - Possess a valid driving license
   - Applicants must be willing to work in interior of Sabah
