In line with our business development expansion, we are inviting suitably qualified Malaysian for the following appointments:
We are seeking suitable candidates to join us for the position of Personal Assistant

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Secretary Studies/ Business Management/ Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably good knowledge in SQL GST accounting software.
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner. Good communication skills are essential.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, planning and organization skills

Job Descriptions:
1) To perform accounting tasks - SQL GST accounting software.
2) Screen and handle phone calls, enquires and requests.
3) Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mail and faxes for action and follow-up.
4) Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, office equipments and office cleanliness.
5) Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staffs, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
6) To perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
