-Must have excellent English communication skills and preferably those
who also can communicate well in Spanish / French
-Posses good analytical skills and detail oriented
-Minimum 3 years experience in relevent capacity with proven in 4 or 5 star properties
-Strong interpersonal, leadership and public relations skills
