SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the Branch.
Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
-Lead, manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Mnagement including
proposing and implementing effective sales strategies
-Attend to any customers queries or complaints
-Forecast, budget, monitor and track individual sales target progressively
-Conduct regular market visits to check market sentiment, competitor activity and continously
search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
-Prepare weekly sales report and manage collection

REQUIREMENTS
-At least 5 years of sales experience including 3 years of demomstrated track record
of field sales, preferably in property sector
-Degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management
-Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes
-Good communication skills - Oral & Written

SALES CONSULTANTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Meet sales targets
-Assist in strategy, planning and implementation of sales & marketing activities,

-Prepare to travel for sales events, road shows and property fairs

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 2 years working experience
-SPM / STPM / Diploma in Marketing or related disciplies
-Proficient in MS Office applications, IFCA property system and must possess own transport
-Mature, outgoing, highly responsible, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with
good presentation skills.
