We are an Oil & Gas Services Company based in Asian Supply Base, Labuan,
seeking mature, ambitious and aggressive high flyers to fill the following position
in our company portfolio :-

SENIOR EXECUTIVE (FINANCE & ADMIN)

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform month end closing activities & preparations of monthly management report
-Ensure all invioces & payment vouchers are issued according to the finance timelines
-Assist in preparation of audit schedule (internal / external) as and when required
-Follow up with the procurement department for pending invoices or any related
documents
-Coordinate very closely in an amicable manner with the company's staff as well as
maintain a good relationship with the principals, clients and associates concerned
-Any other task as and when assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

-Female Only
-Minimum degree in accountancy
-Minimum 5 years working experience
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Good working knowledge in UBS applications and Microsoft Office
-Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Good analytical and problem solving skills with serious commitment to job
responsibilities and quality
-Preferably above 30 years old
