ADMIN EXECUTIVE
- At least 1-year experience in related field.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malay
- Required skill(s): MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word specifically)
- High level of discipline and punctuality
- An analytical mind with problem solving attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
Job Description
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and issue cheques and invoices, updating account receivable and payables.
- To liaise and manage internal and external stakeholders, manage phone calls and correspondence including distribute and store correspondence. (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Performs Office Management duties as needed, any work-related adhoc, duties as assigned.
- Maintains offices supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
