VIVA MANTANANI BOUTIQUE RESORT

We are a boutique resort looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

Frontline crew (1 position):
- Part of front desk operations: handling arrivals, registration and check outs of resort guests 
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
- Must work well as part of a team 
- Able to converse in English, BM and Mandarin Chinese 
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
 - SPM/Diploma education preferred

In- House guide: 
- Responsible for attending to guest requests, enquiries and complaints 
- Hosting guests in daily Sunset Village and Blue Tears tours 
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills 
- Must work well as part of a team 
- Able to conserve in English, BM and Mandarin Chinese 
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
 - SPM/Diploma education preferred

Experienced House keeping staff: 
- Will be part of house keeping team that is in charge of laundry of linens 
- Must work well as part of a team
 - Must have at least 2 years experience in House Keeping 

Accounts and Admin exec (office based): 
- Responsible for all accounts and administrative work 
- Independent, disciplined and works well in a small team 
- Training will be provided 
- Must possess at Diploma/Degree in relevant fields 
- Familiar with Autocount accounting system  
- At least 2-4 years relevant working experience

Purchaser/Driver (KK based):
- Responsible for purchasing items for resort according to PO as well as driver duties 
- Trustworthy, efficient and a safe driver 
- Must possess GDL license 
- Any purchasing/warehouse experience preferred 

Front line, In house guide and house keeping positions will be based in Mantanani Island with provision of accommodation and meals.
