We are an established travel services and solutions provider in Malaysia and we are seeking for qualified candidates for the following position:
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Job Description:
• To handle all aspects of reservation, flight ticket re-issuance, refund, hotel booking, car rental, visa applications and quotation
• Always be updated on airfares; airlines schedule, rules and regulations; and visa application requirements through various resources such as GDS (Sabre), ground partners, suppliers and embassies
• To serve and attend to clients expectations professionally
• To track and monitor booking request and queue from time to time and ensure there is no overlook case
• To carry out any other related duties as and when required by superior
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in travel industry is recommended
• Fresh graduate in Tourism field are encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge in usage of Sabre (GDS) and Microsoft office
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and passionate in travel industry
Office Location: Asia City Complex, Kota Kinabalu
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am-12pm)
Lunch Hour: 1 ½ hour
