Job Description
1. Handle hiring process and resignation or termination of staff.
2. Responsible to update and SOP of company each department. Setting up all the KPI for each department.
3. Upkeep employees’ personal files in database and maintain employee records.
4. Leave management - Aware overall employee’s attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
5. To compute employee OT and check employee monthly expenses claims and handle payroll.
6. Training new staff of procedure and policy of company.
7. Do counseling with employee and able to motivate them.
8. Responsible on company's properties and inventory.
Job Specification
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Has the knowledge of Employment Act, Sabah Ordinance and Industrial Relation.
4. Positive team player, and work under minimum supervised.
5. Able to lead a decision making, and work under maximum pressure.
6. May start immediately and this position is under two (2) years contract.
