Requirements
Min. Education Level:Diploma
Preferred Education Level: Degree
Working experience in account, audit or related field. Prior working experience with audit firm will be an advantage.
Must be able work independently and with interpersonal skills
Well versed in taxation principles, SST and local statutory guidelines and legislation
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in finance – General or Cost accounting or equivalent.
Job Description:
- To handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly management report (including notes to account & schedule) and strict adherence to the dateline.
- Perform reconciliation on intercompany account, debit and credit notes are issued.
- In charge of monthly closing account and yearly closing account for audit
- To liaise with auditors and other parties pertaining to statutory compliance matters
- To ensure proper filing of invoice, payment voucher, receipts and other documents relevant with account
- In charge of payroll and willing to handle some administrative works
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment as when required
