Requirements
Min. Education Level : SPM
Preferred Education Level : Diploma
Preferably junior executive specializing in administrative support/ customer service or equivalent
Must be able work independently and with interpersonal skills
Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
Job Description:
- Answering phone call, redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Maintain proper files records
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Manage and update Fix Assets documentations, i.e. renew insurance, certificate etc
- Prepare and organise meeting
- Assist in preparing Tender Documents
- Co-ordination with Project Teams
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment as when required
