Job Scope:
- Filing
- Organizing Material Library
- Receptionist and Welcome of visitors
- Calling Suppliers and Purchasing
- Phone line passing
- Deliver or send document
- Scanning documents and receipts
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Can Drive a Car if necessary
Requirement:
- Possess SPM and above
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience 1year and above
- Good verbal and witten in English, Malay and Chinese will be added advantages.
- Able to work minimal supervision
- Own Transport
- Can work immediately.
