PURCHASING CLERK
Job requirements :
Pass SPM with 6 credits. (Mandatory; BM, BI & Mathematics)
Good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel)
At least 2 years of work experience in the construction sector or hardware shop.
Female only. Age 25 years old and above.
Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
Job scope :
Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery.
Prepare Purchase Order and related documentation.
Prepare monthly report.
Additional tasks to be assigned by management from time to time.
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
