HR Operation Assistant (Hostel Management)
Job Description
–
-Assist in the day to day operation including project and internal on-going
operations.
-HR Operation Assistant must performs a variety of administrative
tasks from recruitment process until the hostel management.
-Handling hostel
management and carries out regular supervision.
-In charge on database which
serves as an inventory of all the things found in the hostel and other
responsibility assigned by management.
-Good arrangement in doing set up in
terms of keys, hostel facilities and provide clear instructions to every hostel
when needed.
-Often walking around to supervise, bringing the maintenance team
to fix necessary things inside hostel and sending every new arrival to their
hostel.
-Good in hostel management skills.
Requirements-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Human Resources or
equivalent.
Without Diploma but have strong desire to work in this job is
welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work under pressure.
Age 25-30, Female /Male
Matured in thinking Skills-Independent
Good communication skills
People skills
Problem Solving Skills
Computer Skills
