*HAVE EXPERIENCE WORK WITH AUDIT FIRM WILL BE ADVANTAGE

WORKING HOURS :
 MONDAY TO FRIDAY  0800AM-0500PM
SATURDAY : 0800AM TO 0100PM

An Account Clerk generally performs billing and accounting duties for a business. They also support accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations. They can act as a Cashier, verify receipts and deposits and prepare and maintain records. They also create and distribute reports and maintain interdepartmental communications. An Account Clerk may collect money, vouchers and receipts to record and file.

Account Clerks should have a comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices, along with strong communication skills and the following:

  • Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
  • Accuracy in accounting
  • Knowledge of business-level English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to foster and maintain business and client relationships
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to access filing storage and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to explain and interpret fiscal related policies and general accounting
