Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:
We are hiring for Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to join our training organization team. The candidate is a CAAM Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) with previous working experienced in quality organization preferably Part 147 Approved Training Organization (ATO). 

Main Responsibilities:
Nominated Post Holder of QAM position at Mega Aerospace Centre Sdn. Bhd. and responsible for ensuring quality process and procedures are being followed as defined in Maintenance Training Organization Exposition (MTOE) and regulatory requirements. 

Job Scopes:
 Manages QA Department directives, policies and procedures.
 Coordinate with Training Department and Examination Department for conformity to regulatory requirements.
 Conduct plan audits of training centre and monitors compliance to QA Department system and CAAM requirements.
 Performs other related duties as assigned by the Accountable Manager.

Minimum Skills, Traits and Experience:

 5 years’ experience in QA Department in conducting quality systems audits in aviation organization preferably in Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) Part 145 or Approved Training Organization (ATO) Part 147.
 Previously an NPH with CAAM is an advantage
